If you have registered, or attempted to contact EnTech by email, and failed to receive a response, check your spam filters and with your ISP to set if they are blocking mail. This is especially true with AOL and with free email providers like HotMail, Yahoo, etc.

We sometimes receive several emails from users asking why we won't respond, when what is actually happening is they are unable to receive the responses that have been sent. If you are unable to receive mail, there isn't anything we can do about it - post your message here instead.

The only reason you would get that message is if PowerStrip was initially installed on your system over 365 days ago...

Sure you can - you just need to register.

Why on earth would you do that? If it didn't work the first time, I can understand why you might try it a second time, but 10 times? :)

I have a similar problem regarding using Powerstrip – I installed Powerstrip 7 weeks ago (on a new system – the sticky says it should expire after 365 days?) – anyways – I tried to register it on the weekend and have yet to receive any sort of notification that payment was received/went through, and I also don’t know how to remove the annoying ‘contact ENTech for support’ message, or keeping Powerstrip running after that message appears.  What am I missing?  Thanks!

Do you have to pay to register?

Yes, you currently do have to pay to register. -:)

I may be getting old, but are new computer users able to find and understand something like PowerStrip, yet not know what "shareware" is?

I am very curious about any responses people might care to offer? Feel free to rant and rave - all responses will be taken seriously.

I ordered this program 22.3.2006 14:30 and I received my key 14:52. So I had fully registered PowerStrip 30 minutes after ordering. Technical support is great and PowerStrip makes my life much easier so I'm definitely happy I bought it. I think it's really worth it's price. And no, I'm not affiliated with Entech in any way - I just wrote my honest opinion.
