If you have registered mControl, or attempted to contact EnTech by email, and failed to receive a response, check your spam filters and with your ISP to set if they are blocking mail. This is especially true with AOL and with free email providers like HotMail, Yahoo, etc.
We sometimes receive several emails from users asking why we won't respond, when what is actually happening is they are unable to receive the responses that have been sent. If you are unable to receive mail, there isn't anything we can do about it - post your message here instead.
