There are standards, but implementations vary. All Benq FP241Ws should have the same EDID, bar s/n, but it is possible they are therefore all wrong. This appears to be one of the most problematic displays made recenty.
But before attempting to fix an apparent problem with the monitor, make sure it isn't something you've done with the PC: graphics card setting, timing, etc.. Is the PC changing the resolution and/or refresh rate to something other than 1920x1200@60Hz? Etc.
Nope. It shows 1920x1200@59Hz (Windows 7) so it should work but it doesn't.
