remember you are the one who is asking for something for free here.
You know you should mention that in bold in your forum or on the company's website. Ask your manager to do that. I haven't seen such a rude person not to mention in support.
Look at all your replies. It seems you get all worked up over nothing.
Dude utilize this energy somewhere constructive, or show your frustration somewhere else. You should be the last person to be on "support" for a company.
